This tutorial guides you through viewing detailed invoice information within the Hyegro platform.

Go to [your-company-instance.hyegro.com]

1. Introduction

You will learn how to access invoice details, audit information, and generate related documents effectively.

2. Select Invoice Number

Click the invoice number to open detailed information for that specific invoice.

3. View Invoice Information

Review the invoice information including invoice number, status, billing type, percentage, account, order number, invoice date, due date, and subtotal.

4. Invoice Items Section

Invoice items section to review the products and pricing included in the invoice.

5. Open Audit Information

Click to view audit information such as who created and modified the invoice and the corresponding dates and times.

6. Generated Documents

View Generated documents tab to view any documents associated with the invoice.

7. Access Echo Feed

Echo Feed to add messages or notes related to the invoice.

8. Edit

Click here to edit details related to the invoice.

9. Send Mail

Click on mail icon to send the email.

10. Download PDF

Click on PDF icon to download Invoice as PDF

11. Generate GST

Click on GST button to generate the Billling with GST.

12. E-Billing

You can also generate e-billing with GST. To do this, you must have the GST API key configured in Settings.
