Add and Manage Activities in Hyegro Platform

This tutorial guides you through adding an activity for effective client management in the Hyegro platform.

Go to [your-company-instance.hyegro.com]

1. Introduction

Each module in Hyegro has an Activity section. Let’s take an example of adding an activity in Leads.

2. Navigate to Leads Table

Go to Leads from the sidebar to view your lead records.

3. Select Specific Lead

Select any lead to view the detailed information for that Lead.

4. Open Add Activity Form

Click the Add Activity button in the top-right corner to create a new activity for the selected lead.

5. Open Activity Type Options

Click the activity type dropdown to view available activity categories.

6. Choose Call Activity Type

You can choose from different types of activities: Call, Meeting, Email, or Task.

7. Choose Call Activity Type

For example, let’s create a Call activity.

8. Focus on Title Field

You must fill in the Title field, but the other fields are optional.

9. Enter Activity Title

Enter your call title to identify the activity purpose, such as Call John.

10. Select Description Field

Click the Description field to add details about the activity.

11. Enter Activity Description

Enter a description to provide context, such as Discuss the client project.

12. Reopen Due Date Picker

Click the Due Date field to set when the activity should be completed.

13. Set Due Date

Enter the due date and time for the activity, for example, January 31, 2026, at 1:00 AM.

14. Confirm Scheduled Status

Click Activity Status, and select one of the options—for example, Scheduled, Completed, or Cancelled.

15. Confirm Scheduled Status

For this demo, we’ll select Scheduled.

Click here to choose the user responsible for the activity.

17. Assign Activity to User

In Assigning, you’ll see all users in the organization—select the one you want to assign the activity.

18. Assign Activity to User

Let’s select one user for the demo.

19. Save Activity

Click the Save button to store the new activity.

20. Initiate New Activity

As you can see, the new activity has been added.

21. Reopen Scheduled Call

Click Call - Scheduled to view the details.

22. Access Scheduled Status

Here, you can view the activity details and edit any field as needed.

23. Change Status to Cancelled

For this demo, let’s change the activity status to Cancelled.

24. Save Status Changes

Click Save to apply and store all changes made to the activity status and details.
