Add Contacts Efficiently Using Hyegro Platform

This tutorial guides you through adding new contacts in the Hyegro platform

Go to [your-company-instance.hyegro.com]

1. Navigate to Contacts Section

Click the Contacts section to access your contact management area within the Hyegro platform.

2. Open Add Contact Form

Click the Add Contact button to begin creating a new contact.

3. Contact Details Form

A pop-up will appear where you can enter the contact details.

4. Select Contact Information Fields

Click here to choose the salutation.

5. Select First Name Field

Click the First Name field to specify the contact's given name.

6. Select Middle Name Field

Click the Middle Name field to include the contact's middle name if applicable.

7. Select Last Name Field

Click the Last Name field to enter the contact's family name, which is required.

8. Select Email Field

Click the Email field to provide the contact's email address.

9. Select Phone Number Field

Click the Phone field to add a contact phone number.

10. Select Mobile Number Field

Click the Mobile Number field to include the contact's mobile phone number.

11. Select Account Association

Click the Account field to link the contact to an associated account.

12. Set Contact Status

Click Primary Contact to indicate the current status or preference related to the contact. The default value is No.

13. Select Mailing Address Field

Click the Mailing Address field to enter the contact's postal address.

14. Select City Field

Click the City field to specify the city portion of the mailing address.

Click the State field to provide the state or region for the mailing address.

Click the Country field to indicate the contact's country of residence.

17. Select Postal Code Field

Click the Postal Code field to enter the postal or ZIP code for the mailing address.

18. Select Department Field

Click the Department field to assign the contact to a specific department.

19. Select Contact Role Field

Click the Contact Role field to define the contact's role within the organization.

20. Set Contact Active Status

Click the Active field to mark the contact as currently active.

21. Select Notes Field

Click the Notes field to add any relevant remarks or comments about the contact.

22. Save New Contact

Click the Save Contact button to store the new contact information in the system.
