This tutorial guides you through reviewing an order overview within the Hyegro platform.

Go to [your-company-instance.hyegro.com]

1. Introduction

You will explore order details, shipping, payment, and related activities to understand the complete order status.

2. Open Specific Order

Click on the first order to open its detailed overview.

3. Access Order Information

You will see Order Information tab to view the main details of the selected order.

4. View Shipping and Payment

Shipping & Payment tab to examine shipping details and payment information associated with the order.

5. Open Transport Details

Transport Details section to view transporter ID, transporter name, and transport mode information.

6. Navigate to Order Items

Order Items tab to see the list of products included in the order.

7. Access Activities Section

Activity to view or add order-related activities.

8. Open Attachments Tab

Attachments tab to review any files or documents linked to the order.

9. View Echo Feed Messages

Echo Feed tab to add messages related to the order.

10. Access Invoices Tab

Invoices tab to view billing invoices associated with the order.

11. Revisit Invoice Page Two

You can update the status of the Order by clicking on the steps

12. Initiate Email Sending
