Create Project Tasks Efficiently Using Hyegro Platform

This demo showcases how to create project tasks within the Hyegro platform

You'll see how to set task details, assign priorities, and manage deadlines to streamline your project workflow.

2. View Project Tasks

Click the View Project Tasks option to access the list of existing tasks for your project.

3. Add New Project Task

Click the Add Project Task button to start creating a new task for your project.

4. Select Task Name Field

Click the Task Name field to enter the name of your new task.

5. Choose Task Status

Select the Backlog status to categorize the task as pending work.

6. Open Priority Options

Click to open the priority options available for the task.

7. Open Assignee Field

Click the Assignee field to assign the task to a team member.

8. Open Due Date Field

Click the Due Date field to set a deadline for task completion.

9. Open Estimated Hours Field

Click the Estimated Hours field to specify the expected time to complete the task.

10. Task Description

Click on Description to describe the purpose and details of this task.

Once all the information is filled in, click Create Task to save the task and add it to your project.

12. View Created Task Details

Click the task entry to review its details including assignee, attachments, comments, priority, due date, and estimated hours.

13. Add Attachments

Click the Add button to attach files to the task. A pop-up will open for file selection.

14. Choose File to Upload

Click the Choose a file button to select a document from your device for upload.

Once selected, click the Upload button to add the file to the project for team access.

You can view the attached file anytime.

On the right-hand side, you can view the task comments.

18. Start Writing Comment

Click the comment input field to begin typing your message and mention team members on the task.

Type the @ symbol followed by the team member's name to tag them in your comment.

20. Select Mentioned User

Click the suggested user from the list to complete the mention in your comment.

21. Submit Comment

Click the submit area to post your comment and notify the mentioned team member.

22. Initiate Delete Action

Click Delete to permanently remove the task from the list.

This demo demonstrated how to efficiently create and manage project tasks using Hyegro. You can now set task names, assign priorities, designate assignees, and schedule deadlines to keep your projects organized and on track.
