This tutorial guides you through creating a new case in the HYEGRO platform.

Go to [your-company-instance.hyegro.com]

1. Introduction

This is mostly used for handling customer queries and feedback.

2. Click Add Case Button

Click the Add Case button to start creating a new case in the HYEGRO platform.

3. Select Account Field

Select the Account field to associate the case with the appropriate customer account.

4. Open Account Selection

Open the contact selection menu to choose the specific contact for this case.

5. Select Order Field

Select the Order field to link the case to a specific order related to the account.

6. Choose Assigned To Field

Click the Assigned To field to designate the team member responsible for this case.

7. Select Case Status

Select the status to indicate that the case is open or closed and requires attention.

8. Select Email Field

Select the Email field to enter the customer's email address for communication purposes.

9. Select Subject Field

Select the Subject field to enter the case's main topic or title.

10. Select Description Field

Select the Description field to add detailed information about the case.

11. Click Save Button

Once you have filled the form. Click the Save button to store the case details and finalize the creation process.

You have successfully created a new case in the HYEGRO platform by selecting the account, assigning responsibility, setting the status, and saving the details. This process ensures your case is properly logged and ready for further action.
