1. Introduction

You'll see how to update lead details and track progress seamlessly within the platform.

2. Open Leads Kanban View

Click the area to access the leads Kanban view where you can manage your sales pipeline visually.

3. Access Lead Details

Click to open detailed information for a specific lead to review and update its status.

4. Select Specific Lead

Select a lead entry to view ownership, score, contact email, and last activity details for better context.

5. Proceed to Lead Actions

Click Continue to move forward with updating or qualifying the selected lead.

6. Choose Account for Lead

Click Select Account to associate the lead with the appropriate customer account in your system.

7. Enable Account Selection

Click the toggle to activate the account selection feature for this lead.

8. Enter Account Identifier

Enter the account identifier to link the lead with the correct customer profile.

9. Input Lead First Name

Enter the lead's first name to personalize and update the contact information.

10. Open Probability Field

Click the Probability (%) field to specify the likelihood of closing this lead successfully.

11. Set Lead Probability
