This demo showcases how to efficiently add activities to a lead within the Hyegro platform

You'll see how to schedule calls and assign tasks to streamline your lead management process.

2. Click Add Activity Button

Click the Add Activity button to begin creating a new activity for the lead.

Open the activity type menu to select the kind of activity you want to add.

4. Select Call Activity Type

Select Call as the activity type to schedule a phone call with the lead.

5. Access Title Field

Click the Title field to enter a descriptive name for the activity.

6. Enter Activity Title

Enter your activity title to clearly identify the purpose of the call.

7. Access Description Field

Click the Description field to add details about the scheduled call.

8. Open Due Date Picker

Click the Due Date field to set when the activity should be completed.

9. Set Due Date

Enter the due date to schedule the call for the appropriate day.

10. Reopen Due Date Field

Click the Due Date field again to confirm or adjust the scheduled date.

Click the Scheduled Activity Status menu to update the current status of the activity.

12. Select Scheduled Status

Select Scheduled to indicate that the activity is planned and awaiting completion.

Click here to access more options related to the activity settings.

14. Access Assigned To Field

Click the Assigned To field to designate the team member responsible for this activity.

15. Select Assignee

Choose the appropriate user to assign responsibility for completing the activity.

16. Review Activity Details

Review all activity details including type, title, description, due date, status, and assignee before saving.

Click the Save button to add the new activity to the lead's record.

Click the Call - Scheduled entry to view the details of the scheduled call activity.
