Attach Files to Records in Hyegro Application

This tutorial demonstrates how to attach files to a record within the Hyegro platform

1. Introduction

Every module in Hyegro includes a file attachment feature. Let’s look at an example of how to attach a file in the Leads module.

2. Navigate to Leads Table

Go to Leads from the sidebar to view your lead records.

3. Select Specific Lead

Select any lead to view the detailed information for that Lead.

4. Open Add Attachment Dialog

Click the Add Attachment button in the top-right corner to attach a file to the selected lead.

5. Open File Selection Window

A pop up will appear, Click Choose a file to open the file selection window on your device.

6. Enter File Path

You can upload any type of file—PDF, document, image, video, Excel—anything you choose, we’ve got you covered.

7. Upload Selected File

Click the Upload button to upload the chosen file to the lead's attachments.

8. Access Attachment Options

Users can now download files directly onto their device.

You can also delete the file by clicking on the Delete icon.

10. Delete Attachment

Confirm the deletion, and the file will be removed from the lead.

You have successfully attached a file to a lead record and managed the attachment within Hyegro. This process ensures your records are updated with relevant documents for better tracking and communication.
