Navigate And Manage Case Overview In Hyegro Platform

This tutorial guides you through reviewing and managing a case overview within the Hyegro platform.

Go to your-company-instance.hyegro.com

1. Open Specific Case

Click the first case to open its detailed overview.

2. View Basic Case Information

Basic Information section to review the case number, title, status, priority, type, and description of the defective order.

Related Information section to see associated account, contact, assigned user, and order details.

4. Case Comments

Case comments are used to view the progress or activities related to the case.

5. Initiate Adding Comment

Click on the Add Comment button to begin writing a new comment on the case.

6. Comment Field

A comment modal will appear where you can write a comment.

7. Staff Comment

You can comment as a Staff.

8. Customer Comment

Or You can comment as a Customer.

9. Select Customer Name Field

When you select a customer comment, a new entry for the customer name appears, allowing you to associate the comment with a specific customer.

10. Add a Comment

Here, you can write your comment for the case.

11. Add Comment

Click the Add Comment button to add the comment.

12. View Audit Information

Audit Information section to see details about who created and modified the case and the corresponding timestamps.

13. Add New Activity

Activity to view ocreate a new activity associated with the case.

14. Add New Attachment

Attachment area to view and upload a new file related to the case.

15. Access Echo Feed

Echo Feed to review the case's activity feed, messages and updates.

16. Status Options

At the top, there is a status area to update the case status: Open, In Progress, Pending, and Closed.

Send Email Directly

18. Edit

Edit the case Details

19. Clone

Click clone button, to duplicate the case.
