How to Create a new Lead

This guide will walk you through the process of creating a lead in the Hyegro CRM.

Go to your-company-instance.hyegro.com

1. Introduction

From accessing the lead management section to saving the lead details, each step is outlined to streamline the lead creation process effectively. Start by logging into Hyegro app. Once you are in then.

2. Click "Leads"

Access the lead management section.

3. Click "Add Lead"

Initiate the lead creation process.

4. Fill the lead information

Fill in the lead's information.

5. Provide the last name of the Lead

Fill the Last Name , its a mandatory field

6. Fill Email or Phone

You need to fill in either Email Id of the lead or Phone Number

7. Fill in all additional details you have on the lead.

You can provide company name, industry ,country etc if you have that information for the lead. These are not mandatory fields to fill.

8. Click "Save Lead"

Click on Save to create the lead, Once you are done with your lead information input.

9. Lead Created

Leed has now been created ,You would be automatically navigated to the lead detail page to view the saved information.
