1. Introduction

You will see how to create custom filters that help you focus on specific lead statuses and conditions.

Click the filter menu to begin customizing your data view.

Click the filter options to start defining your filter criteria.

4. Select Lead Status Field

Click the Lead Status field to specify the attribute you want to filter by.

Click the condition dropdown to choose how the filter will evaluate the field.

6. Choose Equals Condition

Click equals to set the filter to match exact values in the Lead Status field.

Click the value selector to pick the specific status for filtering.

Select the New status to filter leads that are newly created.
