Add and Configure Accounts in Hyegro Platform

This tutorial guides you through adding a new account in Hyegro

Go to [your-company-instance.hyegro.com]

1. Navigate to Accounts Section

Click Accounts from the sidebar to access the Accounts section in Hyegro.

2. Open Add Account Form

Click the Add Account button to start creating a new account.

3. Account Form

An account form popup will appear to add a account.

4. Select Account Name Field

Click the Account Name field and enter the name of the account. This field is mandatory.

5. Select Account Type

Select the Account Type from the dropdown. You can choose Company, Individual, or Partner.

6. Access Additional Account Options

Click here to view more Account Status options. The default value is Active.

7. Select Industry

Select the Industry Type from the dropdown.

choose the currency used for financial data.

Click City to specify the city location of the account.

Click State to enter the state or province for the account address.

20. Select Billing State Code Field

Click Billing State Code to specify the billing region code.

21. Select Country Field

Click Country to choose the country where the account is located.

Click Postal Code to enter the postal or ZIP code for the account.

23. Activate Additional Option

If the shipping address is the same as the billing address, select this checkbox to automatically populate the billing address.

24. Select Account Owner Field

Click Account Owner to assign ownership of the account. The default value is the currently logged-in user.

25. Select Notes Field

Click Notes to add any relevant comments or information about the account.

26. Save New Account

Once all the information is filled in, click Save to create the account.

You have successfully added and configured a new account in Hyegro by entering all required details and saving the information. You can now manage this account or proceed to add more accounts as needed.
