Add Orders Efficiently Using Hyegro Platform

This tutorial guides you through adding a new order in the Hyegro platform

1. Introduction

You will learn how to input order details and configure necessary settings for successful order creation.

2. Click Add Order Button

Click the Add Order button to start creating a new order in the Hyegro platform.

3. Open Product Selection

Click the designated area to open the product selection menu for your order.

4. Select Product Type

Select the product from the list let's select Plastic Chair from the available options.

5. Apply Conversion Settings

Since we operate internationally, the currency conversion value will be displayed. Click Apply Conversion to set the appropriate conversion for the product.

6. Select Initial Discount

Click the discount field for entering the order discount.

7. Select Zero Quantity

Click the quantity field to enter or confirm the quantity value.

8. Add another product

To add one more product to this order, click the plus button.

9. Select Account Field

Click the Account field to choose the customer account associated with this order.

Select the appropriate customer account from the list to link it to the order.

11. Select Deal Option

Click the Deal field to specify the related deal or sales opportunity for this order.

12. Select Delivery Date

Click the Delivery Date field to specify when the order should be delivered.

13. Select Purchase Order Number

Click the PO Number field to enter or select the purchase order number for tracking.

14. Select Shipping Method

Click the Shipping Method field to choose how the order will be shipped to the customer.

Click the Shipping Address field to specify where the order should be delivered.

Click the Billing Address field to confirm the billing location for the order.

17. Select Transporter ID

Click the Transporter ID field to assign the transporter responsible for delivery.

18. Select Transporter Name

Click the Transporter Name field to specify the name of the transporter service.

19. Transport Method

Select the transport mode—such as car, ship, flight or other.

20. Select Notes Field

Click the Notes field to enter any additional comments or information about the order.

21. Click Save Button

Click the Save button to finalize and save the new order in the system.

You have successfully added a new order in the Hyegro platform by entering product details, selecting customer and shipping information, and saving the order. Next, you can manage orders or generate reports to track your sales.
