Echo Messages Workflow in Hyegro Business Platform

This tutorial guides you through echoing messages within the Hyegro platform

1. Introduction

You will learn how to manage, create, and update messages effectively to maintain clear communication. Echo is available across all modules. For this example, let’s see how it works in the Account module.

2. Open Long Accounts Section

Click on the Accounts section from the sidebar to view and manage account records.

3. Select User Profile

Select any record to view their details and related messages.

4. Initiate New Message

On the right-hand side, you can see the Echo section.

5. New Message

Click Add Message to open the dialog box.

6. Activate User Mention Field

Click the text input and enter your message.

7. Enter Partial Mention Text

To mention a user, enter @ to start mentioning someone within the organization.

8. Select Mentioned User

For this example, let’s mention John Doe from the list.

9. Compose Detailed Message

Enter the message 'Hi John Doe Any update on the microsoft lead. Please update its status.' to request a status update.

10. Post Composed Message

Click Post to send the composed message to the conversation thread. A notification will be sent to John Doe letting them know they were mentioned in this account.

11. Open Message for Editing

To edit a message, click the Pencil icon.

12. Select Message Text

You can now edit your message to make any corrections.

13. Edit Message Content

Modify the message to 'Hi John Doe Any update on the microsoft lead. Please update its status and time.' to add more details.

14. Update Edited Message

Click Update to save the changes made to the message content.

15. Delete Message Option

To delete a message, click the Delete icon.

16. Delete Updated Message

Confirm Delete to remove the updated message from the conversation.

You have successfully managed messages by deleting, composing, mentioning users, posting, editing, and deleting messages within the Hyegro platform. This process ensures clear and updated communication in your workspace.
