This tutorial guides you through exploring and managing contact details within the Hyegro platform

Go to [your-company-instance.hyegro.com]

1. Open Contacts Section

Click the Contacts section to access the list of contacts in Hyegro.

2. Select Specific Contact

Click on the contact named Clay Smith to view detailed information about this individual.

3. Basic Information

You can view the contact’s basic information here.

4. Account Information

Account information—showing which account the contact is linked to.

5. Address

Address details of the account.

6. Custom Field Information

Custom Fields Data – to learn more about custom fields, watch our tutorial on how to add them.

7. Audit Information

Here you can see the details of who created and modified the contact, along with the dates.

8. Activities Section

On the right-hand side, you can see activities related to the contact.

9. Attachments Area

You can also add attachments to the contact’s data.

10. Echo Messages Panel

Here you can view and add messages, as well as track progress related to the contact.

11. Send Mail

At the top of the contact, you have the option to send an email directly.

12. Edit Contact

You can also edit the contact details.

13. Clone Contact Record

Click clone to create a duplicate of the current contact record for further editing or use.

14. Delete Contact

You can also delete the contact, if needed.
